Your Satisfaction Is Guaranteed!
If, for some reason, you aren't completely satisfied with
your indoor water fountain purchase, you may return your water
fountain to us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase
price, less original delivery and return shipping and processing
costs. To ensure a full refund, the fountain must be returned
unused with all original contents enclosed, including packing
materials, manuals etc. Please note that we cannot accept
a fountain if liquid has been run through it. Custom fountains,
engraved fountains and bulk fountain orders of 5 or more are
non-refundable.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay return shipping
to our facility, and all packages must be insured for the
full retail price of the water
fountain. Before returning your water fountain, you must
call one of our customer service representatives to obtain
a Return Authorization code. Any items returned without this
Return Authorization code will not be accepted by our shipping
department.
Customers
are responsible for reporting damaged water fountains
within 2 business days of receiving your fountain so we may
report to our shipper. To report damage you must e-mail
us at
Info@WaterGifts.com. When required to sign
for a fountain please write "subject to inspections"
next to your signature. Our fountains rarely get damaged
in shipping, however in the event that damage does occur,
Water Gifts will replace or fix the fountain.
Because our fountains
are made of natural slate variances between the pictures on
our web site and actual fountain delivered are common. This
variance in the natural slate color makes each fountain unique
and is not a justification to cancel or return a fountain.
Free shipping is only offered to customers within the lower
48 states.
Order Cancellation Policy:
All orders that are cancelled before being shipped will be
assessed a 6% restocking fee, to cover credit card charges
incurred by our company.
If
you choose to refuse delivery, or if you cancel your order
after the product has shipped, a 30% restocking fee will be
assessed, in addition to all shipping charges, in order to
cover our administrative costs. Placing an order with us indicates
that you have read and agreed to our return, cancellation,
and shipping policies.
